Talk to anyone involved with a business and they’ll eventually steer the conversation towards their pain points. This insight drove the creation of a much talked about concept.
An anatomical diagram of the human body was created, highlighting the ‘painful symptoms’ that commonly affect business owners and how to ‘cure’ them. The concept was brought to life on posters which were handed out at business events and used as direct mail pieces. The posters were hugely popular and achieved great cut-through. This resulted in the marketing team doubling the size of the original print run.
The Pain Points concept was also extended across social media channels and websites. The outcome was an increase in the uptake of MYOB trials, especially from NZ franchise owners.
