VicRoads is a State Government Agency that owns, manages and regulates the road network, delivers road safety initiatives, and provides customer focused registration and licensing services. VicRoads needed a series of social videos that covered motor vehicle registration and other topics. The videos were written in a simple, conversational tone so that they were accessible to an audience for whom English is a second language.
